We aim to support local communities as much as possible by donating complimentary day tickets for organisations and registered charities. To manage the process of donating free day tickets, the following criteria is in place:
Tickets are issued to organisations and charities local to our site in the BS, BA, GL, NP or SN postcodes.
Tickets are issued to organisations and charities whose work clearly supports or relates to our own mission of conservation, education and access to nature.
One set of tickets are allocated to successful organisations in any twelve-month period. We are only able to respond to successful requests, so if you haven't heard from us within one month of applying, please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
There is no limit to the number of times you can apply, but you must submit a new request each time.
Tickets are issued directly to organisations and charities rather than third parties, i.e. those holding events on behalf of other nominated charities or causes. Requests from third parties are considered if a letter of support from the direct organisation is attached with the email request.
We regret that we are unable to consider requests by letter.
