Through our Access to Nature programme, we are able to offer discounted Community Memberships to eligible local community and charity groups, so the beneficiaries of these organisations can visit Bristol Zoo Project as often as they like.
Already a community member? Book your next visit.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to access nature. However, we know many groups face barriers to accessing green spaces and wildlife.
Access to Nature aims to remove these barriers, ensuring Bristol Zoo Project is truly accessible and inclusive for all.
Through Community Membership, or through our funded education or community visits, we offer year-round access to the wildlife and green spaces here at Bristol Zoo Project. In this way we ensure nature, both locally and globally, is accessible and inspiring for everyone in our community.

Community Membership is designed for community organisations and charities that meet our eligibility criteria.
Our Community Membership gives your members and/or beneficiaries unlimited and year-round access to Bristol Zoo Project, connecting them with nature and supporting health and well-being.
Community Membership allows your organisation to purchase Community Membership cards at a discounted price. These membership cards can be shared between your members and/or beneficiaries to enjoy visits to Bristol Zoo Project throughout the year.*
Your organisation pays for the number of Community Membership cards needed at any given time (please note that children must be accompanied by an appropriate number of supervising adults).
Each visitor, both adults and children, must present a membership card upon arrival. For example, if your group plans to visit the zoo with three adults and six children, you would need to purchase three adult membership cards and six child membership cards.
All community group visits should be pre-booked.
Community Membership also includes a 10% discount available for use in our on-site gift shop, and regular newsletter updates helping your members and/or beneficiaries to get the most out of your membership.
As a Community Member, you are still eligible to apply for funded education visits via the Access to Nature programme.
*Please see our Visitor Information for details of opening times throughout the year.
The cost of our Community Memberships are:
